Our company, Mámor Chocolates Pty Ltd, is an entrepreneurial small business offering exquisite traditional European and Pacific-style chocolates to high-end customers in the Melbourne area. Mámor products are naturally made with no preservatives, so they are perishable and best to be eaten within 6 weeks. Our chocolates have a Viennese and Hungarian origin. Mámor uses natural cream, top quality Belgian Callebaut chocolate ingredients, and the most tempting local fruits and herbs. All products are handmade artisan-style in our “chocolate laboratory” with specialised craft tools gleaned from Hungary and Australia.
Our store is about a different business model. This small place is not just a retail shop like all the rest. We promise high-end personal experience in a very boutique atmosphere. Not your usual brown and crème modern style, but something a Viennese café would offer with its baroque style. Lot’s of antique red, black and luxurious gold to make you feel like being around Marie Antionette or Madame Recamier. It is about creating a new type of “chocolate consuming environment”, a cross between a chocolate show room and a private louche chocolate club. We will spice up the space with social media, including a fanzine, website and Twitter-feed.
