Gambol through the “Great White Chocolate City” (once employing 3,000 people). Learn about the "Chocolate King of Victoria", Macpherson Robertson, inventor of Freddo Frog, Cherry Ripe and Old Gold. Your Guide: MacRobertson look-alike Professor Howard Frederick. A professional chocolatier, Howard is also honorary professor at Deakin University with an interest in Victorian-era entrepreneurs.
